@dave It's a bit tangential, but this had basically been in the works since the days of The Matrix.Jet Li famously turned down the role as Seraph out of fear that the extensive motion capture (which he would not retain the rigths to) would allow the studio to reuse his movements and likeness as they saw fit in perpetuity.This was seen as paranoia 20 years ago, but in hindsight it was a smart move.

@futurebird I picked "other". LLM output tend to be more "boilerplatey" than what normal humans produce. Stock phrases, cookie cutter structure, reads as SOE vetted filler.Attended a conference this summer, and it was fairly obvious who had used LLMs to polish their talks, because ultimately they all sounded alike (even if the topics differed) as if they all had copied from the same article on "how to write a conference talk".

@futurebird I got a similar problem with so called "step"-porn.It is a fact that if you put two horny teens into the same household, there is a real possibility for sexual attraction between them, if there is no Westermarck effect.And it is a fantasy for many teenagers "what if a hot boy/girl moved into my house?".But, and this is without any numbers to back me up, but I'm pretty sure this is the case - "step"-porn is not catering to teens.
