Someone try this experiment with me.For the next 7 days, whenever you're doing some mindless chore...washing dishes, working, cleaning, anything that doesn't require thoughts, even meditating...try to focus on using your breath to give yourself the chills/goosebumps, however you want to think of it. Do it as much as possible, at least once a day for a few minutes.Report back to me with any effects. Thanks.

I agree with Shiva Ayadurai who proposes the USPS should offer a verified social media/public square for those who don't want a platform with anonymous accounts.Theoretically it would follow free speech laws and could be audited to prevent censorship, shadow banning etc.. Gov officials, organizations etc..could all have their accounts on there. People who want anonymity could still use any other private platform.
