AFAIK It's not the Supreme Court's job to decide who's President, it's the Electoral College from the States, certified by Congress. So it's a declaration that they will ignore the constitution and get a small body they own to rubber stamp the coup. E.g. States send Electoral College delegates to elect Biden, they challenge it in Supreme Court, Supreme Court rules sufficient Biden electors don't count.

Anyone know a place other than librivox/thegreatcourses where I can get free/cheap audiobooks or lectures in MP3 format? Really running short of stuff to run and in bad weather can only run with MP3 player.
