@lies_das @DieFurieRichtig.Was Recht ist, muss Recht bleiben.Lautes Rufen nach „Gerechtigkeit“ nützt in Deutschland nichts. Das deutsche Recht kennt nämlich keine Gerechtigkeit. Es kennt nur Recht und Unrecht.Auch, wenn es der/dem/den Einzelnen nicht gefällt.Vor dem Gesetz sind alle gleich.Wenn wir dieser Grundsatz für auch nur einen Täter aufweichen, dann bietet dies eine Angriffsfläche für genau die Kräfte, die wir den Thron erklimmen zu verhindern suchen.

#WritersCoffeeClub May 6thHave you ever copied a piece from another book or a movie as a homage to that work?I can't copy directly, because that would be eventually a form of copyright infringement [in Germany] and I would have to state all of those things at the end so the story will look like a scientific paper.But if one of my characters is using something that originated from elsewhere in their own mind — can't blame me for that!

@futurebirdThere's something similar over here in Germany, the hygiene museum in Dresden.Very interesting, and visiting as a child/student is FREE (up to 16 years).
