@wyliesau @greyknight33 but of course, if you want to visit Pinatubo, you pretty much have to stay in Angeles City, because that's the nearest place with hotels, and that happens to be one huge night club / brothel, so you better have the stomach for that 🤣

@thadius yeah, but it comes with this 70 watt walkman motor as a spindle, so pretty much unusable. I'll still have to wait fuck knows how long for brushless 1.5 kW spindle and a VFD to come from chinkna. I'm hoping I can do some cuts by the end of the month, but that might be optimistic, given what's going on in the red sea 🤣

@thadius absolutely. I sure don't want some eccentric collets. I might also need to stiffen the gantry, because the spindle I've ordered weighs 2.4 kilos while the 500w upgrade they offer is 1.4, but I'll see when I'll get the goods ;)
