       @h4890 @ChrisMayLA6 100% home working, for many, may be equally unwelcome. I know my Younger Daughter. WFH up to 3 days/week and is with the client on one. But sometimes chooses to go in on other days because she wants to be with colleagues. And when I was a peripatetic teacher I looked forward to being in base a couple of times a week with colleagues around. WFH you can't bounce ideas in spontaneous way etc. Hybrid working in some variation seems very logical. 1/2

       What’s happening to ohai.social?There seems to be more and more people posting weird stuff that doesn’t seem to actually mean anything or be there to communicate anything? More like stream of consciousness stuff. It was bad enough when it was just posts with no context. But now there are posts with no semantics either.
