So you saw consent decrees which the race hustlers used to get quotas. Before DEI there was affirmative action. That started with Bakke(Regents of the University of California v.        @petra @sickburnbro @VirginCrusader I never went through it personally but I remember in college the engineering students would talk about something very similar when they went for job interviews and this was in the early 1990s. If you were a woman or a darkie and could get your degree, you would have your pick of the good jobs. Grades and merit did not factor into the decision like they would for the White guys.
