       @nonlinear @popolon That’s not how I read the question. In looking at an argument that fructose was once good, and is now bad, we might want to know more about what changed, and when, and where, in relation to the arc of human evolution. Recent quantity, availability, and ubiquity may be sufficient. In that case, although the clue may be fructose, the actual factor might be some combination of empire, capitalism, and industrialization.
