@pinemarten Looks like it's the anti-boycott law.A result of the oil shortages in the early 70's, if memory serves.Israel was deemed an important asset during the cold war, and Arab nations were drifting towards the Soviet block... it's a long and complicated story.Pragmatic at the time (though that is arguable), these laws are relics of the past, and now violate the constitutional rights of the American people.Nothing new, unfortunately.Just a sad reminder that governments violate your rights in an instant if you let them, while getting these rights back takes decades.
