@YoungBlood Fuentes is an op. I am strongly thinking of recording a video explaining all it in detail AS WELL AS debunking the factual predicate for his worldview. I will make the PRAGMATIC case against him and the Groypers, in other words, because I think only the pragmatic case is going to make them go away at this point. @Zennagain @YoungBlood I've spent some time today hammering together a quasi script. Not so much a script as an outline just so I don't have to make more than one video. But so much of Nick's screwy conclusions that he's misleading people into, the factual predicate simply isn't there.Engaging with this material isn't my first choice. But unfortunately, when no one answers it, it starts to give the impression that we can't.But of course we can, I've found most of my answers already.

@Zennagain @YoungBlood True, but unfortunately most people offline are secondhand recipients of ideas that they don't know where they come from, they only know their nephew or brother told them and it "seems legit." There is a point to answering, so that certain small but growing ideas stay small.

It's a stupid game of issue another ruling from below and act like that means it has to be litigated again when it was settled. It's like Boasberg, acting like he can hold contempt hearings after SCOTUS already said he didn't have Jurisdiction as a DC district court over a case arising from Texas
