Super. Plus d’électricité au réveil ? Ok je vérifie le conteur. Plus de fournisseur. J’appelle Eni, - oui on a coupé.-Mais je viens de payer il y a une semaine ma facture. -oui mais vous avez eu 2 incidents de payements dans les 6 derniers mois. Vous pouvez donc changer d’opérateur. - Mais vous prévenez pas !?! - ….- quand j’ai réglé la dernière facture vous ne m’avez rien dit. - mon collègue a du vous le dire.- non, pas de mail ni sms rien - vous pouvez prendre un autre opérateur. 🤬
