Guys, I dismantled an old Samsung printer whose drivers and toners are EOL and found a treasure: it turns out that the power module is a generic board designed for a vast range of devices and includes some unused but operational MHV and THV ports where I can get 1500 VDC and a balanced output of +/-1300 VDC, respectively. I'm reverse engineering it and will share any progress with you.I may give it a try in a simple project which starts with "rail" and ends with "gun" but we'll see.
