@calculsoberic not really "hacked," they're just too good at blocking websites for their own good. Couldn't even access tor whatsoever until I was able to configure a bridge.

Online required course I have to take has a backend DRM bug that prevented lesson material from loading and just said "You need to log in to view this content!" which brought me to a service the school uses on the backend.Apparently this could only be worked around by being signed into my school account in a Google Chrome profile, literally base Chromium still has the bug.So I, disgusted, ran $(yay -S google-chrome). Trying to log into my school account in the browser profile crashed the browser, for some reason logging into gmail was able to work around the crash.Went to log into the course, said "let me copy my password real quick" and they said I'm not supposed to change my password. Even though it uses a scheme anyone could hack into my account with. Got in a tiny debate over that lol.

Noticed this bit of social engineering from kahoot's email unsubscribe button.This is what you see the very moment you click the unsub link in the email itself. It uses *unusually* extremely basic HTML, loading instantly.Now, even though that sounds like our dream internet, at first glance before actually reading the words it feels like an unsub confirmation box. And the way the button only changes two letters from "unsubscribe" makes me think they're trying to take advantage of muscle memory to get people to instantly resub.Just thought that was interesting.
