       I've been off all social media for several months. The last time I was on poast, we were still in the Southeast US debating on whether to move our family to Russia or take our chances in the US.Then Haitians started appearing in our local Publix.We've been in Russia for a month. The city we're in is 95% ethnic Russian. I think we'll stay.  ☦️🇷🇺

       It's going to be in the low 30s F and snowing all day, which isn't terrible. It's the 22mph wind gusts that cut through like a knife. ❄️❄️❄️

       @Escoffier @ChadleyDudebro It's been in the mid 30s to high 20s here and it's snowing again. They keep the apartment building so warm that we have to crack open the windows a bit or I'll die. The cold isn't so bad though. I just can't get used to wearing so many layers. I feel like I'm going to suffocate.

       @HonkHonkBoom @Escoffier @ChadleyDudebro Everyone looks like me. It's freaking amazing. My children can actually play on the playground with other children. Blacks are like unicorns here. We've seen three in a little over a month.

       @Scot_Paladin I'm a former prot now baptized Orthodox. Fr. Whiteford is correct. The current protestant churches bear zero resemblance to the churches of my youth. I'm old enough to remember hellfire and brimstone sermons against divorce, contraception and general degeneracy that's now accepted as normal.
