I kind of grew to see the Bible as Fractal, it's prophecies of sorts aren't strictly fulfilled in one way, but at any point in history you can see it fulfilled in one way or an another. If you put Adventists back in 30,000 BC, they will manage to find a way to claim to Christ is returning in 29,892 BC. Likewise you always find people who are the antitype of Judas. Thus sense we can predict these people will always exist, then do they truly have free will in the matter? So the question becomes did Jesus say one of his Apostles by force of fate must abandon him or chould he know there are always people that by their own freewill always act as "Judas". If it is a question of needing to fulfill certain mandates set by prophecy, then we have a have a situation where the prophets are essentially cursing to the subjects of their prophecy to a poor fate.
