@mayintoronto My favourite thing about baking and cooking is that with each recipe I complete I learn something new, even recipes I followed for decades.I like to experiment, change a flavour or use a substitution, and even if the food turns out not so great, it isn't a flop.In my opinion, cooking/baking is a combination of science and art, and in science an experiment that doesn't produce expected results is not a failure, same with art.
