       @stux i blame 9/11 and the way this country fell apart afterwards leaving those of us who were young without a past and the boomers who were our parents refusing to relinquish control for a future. We've had terrorism and large avoidable death tolls on us soil since then, but the 9/11 wounds never healed. Is it really so bad to be nostalgic and yearn for a time before 9/11 with what we learned taken with us? America: DOA since sept. 11 2001. Thanks a lot, Bush.

       When rent is too high, prices have historically gone up to match but consequently sales go down. Therefore, low rent would mean low prices and low prices means more turnover of inventory which means a more interesting place to visit more often which means more sales which means more money which means a longer amount of time paying rent and fewer vacancies. Its just basic economics.
