@deprecated_ii Another thing too is there is no affordable living on any coast in the United States. You know where all of the shipyards are. When I was in the Navy and worked in NASSCO shipyard all of the workers lived in Tijuana and drove across the border for work every day. Like 90 percent of the workers there.
