       I used to bang the table about overpopulation; Before and by social media. I gave up. Almost no one wants to hear about it. There are no parades, no protests for global family planning, no ambitious party platforms. Even if there were, no power would heed them. The human species has decided to suicide by saturnalia, apparently. Earth will recycle what She can.  Dashed stupid end for a dashed stupid species.

       @publius @dalias What’s absurd and totalitarian is the imperial status quo feeding the capital machine: global ecocide by relentless ecocancer.  No matter how fungible, humans have limits even unto themselves.  Pack in any mammal too tightly and they start to go psychotic.  Cities are social experiments in insectile anonymity with inevitable anomie, toxic hierarchy, and despair as the outcome.  Support of population overshoot is anti-human, anti-ecology, and anti-science.
