       I'm only learning about this viral thing called "reality shifting" now.My response is: #books. That's it. That's the best reality shifting technique. Read a book. Second best is #writing. Both really do change your brain in fundamental ways. Writing is the act of turning vivid imaginings into language that induces vivid imaginings in other people. Honestly the best technology.#writingcommunity
