       @Rasp trying to explain to others ones self hatred is often difficult. They just don't understand the depth of our despair because they never experienced what we have. I wish I could be encouraging but know know it would be seen as nothing more than an empty platitude. I'm wishing you the best.

       @Rasp growing up I was always isolated by family treated as an outsider, didn't find out my biological father abandoned my mother when she was pregnant with me until I was in 2nd grade. My stepfather and his family then openly treated me as an unwelcome outsider, I hated myself for even being born.
