"Where do you see yourself in 10 years?". A question well known from job interviews, but for a dev it is more likely to ask "What will you work with in 10 years?". Devs tend to train themselves on what they are working right now and don't participate on different matters.

@stefano Is it still faster and cheaper accomplished that letting a developer find out one or multiple reasons for these problems?I can tell that devs weren't allowed to put time into research and fixes because of this reason.
