@apps also, long pressing a tag allows you to mute it #fedilabTipsOh I've missed that so much in other apps before, I was so happy when I tried it here and it just worked :amaze:

@apps thanks, #fedilab seems to be much smoother again, didn't have the frozen UI when posts were loading, which constantly occurred after the 3.18.x upgrade :)

@apps For me personally it is fine, but I voted yes as I do see some potential for improvement, and some changes might be good to reach/retain a wider audience. On my dayjob I work with professional UI/UX designers. Its good to have someone to talk through various alternatives, and they often have some new ideas I haven't thought of. So I hope that can help you make #Fedilab better; and I wish you don't take away features for power users.

@apps it seems you are actively developing again, so I'd like to quickly mention a feature request, that I hope shouldn't be too much work: show media, when writing a reply. #FedilabReport Current example, happens to me occasionally: I am replying and refer to a graphic. I need to lookup / validate details from that graphic, save as draft, open post, go back to draft. Pictures related.I think I also had cases, where I wanted to check a link in the original post, or at least see the preview.

@apps a minor bug #FedilabReport: when editing a draft and only changing an image description, the change is not saved. It does not ask if it should be saved or not. Workaround: add and remove a space in the text, to trigger the notification and be able to save.I'm on version 3.24.1 from f-droid.

@ErikUden what I am wondering: it seems there was not much time between arriving and getting the first dose. Wouldn't it be better to have a day or two just to get used to the setting, new daily routine and being monitored closely, in order to acclimate and get each patients baseline? I assume that I would be very stressed just from the setting, screwing all of the actual measurements.

@hetzner A lot of good suggestions already. For behind the scenes I have a specific topic in mind: you are using a lot of open source software. How is your relationship with those vendors / communities? Do you maintain own forks and upstream? Do you use support contracts / commercial Linux distributions that provide you support?

@hetzner This feels way too fast, too short and too little insight. I think here on the Fediverse you have a different audience than on TikTok/Reels/Shorts. I'd say here are people who have more time per video and expect to learn more.
