@313_mimmim 私もランニングで両足の中指あたりが黒くなって、片方が突然とれて、ちょっと痛かったしびっくりでしたので残りの黒爪を毎日恐る恐る観察したら…まったく何もなかったように普通に伸びて健康な爪にかわりました！！😱
