@WoodshopHandman @borzoi @Ripsnort I tried. Saw basically no results from lifting and got super blackpilled on it. I'm sometimes charismatic, but eventually realize that I've got nothing to back it up and feel like I'm trying to trick people and myself.

@WoodshopHandman @borzoi @Ripsnort Obviously I was doing something wrong, whether frequency, lifts, form, volume, or diet. And like I said, I'll have days where I'm feeling good and can be charismatic and talkative. Favoeite shirt on, hair looks right, upbeat about life, etc. Doesn't last, and I don't like feeling fake.
