@Dan_Ramos Well what I am seeing is that computer prices have gone up due to memory prices. Thus the stall in Windows 11 devices replacing Windows 10 is the reason. As for those downgrading the sample size is the geek that knows how to do it.

@dictatordave @tankenator When I was in Michigan I do remember a bill that would allow the money to follow the student then the ACLU got involved stating that if money went to a religious school it would be state sponsored religion. You just can't win.

Illinois Rural Internet funds from the feds being held back by Pritzker because SpaceX Starlink won't "reserve" bandwidth for rural areas? This is the augment AT&T and Verizon is using to keep Starlink out of their money pot. So far almost zero rural households have access to what is considered broadband service. Starlink is even offering free dishes to provide the service. Over 150 to 200 million in 10 years have been given to AT&T and Verizon for nothing but studies.
