       @grammargirl I was told that it's shortened from "I could care less, but I don't know how", but nobody else I know has ever heard that, so the person I got it from was either wrong, or pulling my leg.

       @lowqualityfacts I used to say that each team should get a 12th man, a sniper. One bullet per half. It would discourage long punt returns, breakaway running plays, etc. You could perhaps impose a 15-yard penalty for sniping a referee.
