I definitely wrestle with feelings of guilt even when there is no reason to, making it harder to sort out what's okay and what isn't and just defaulting to it's not okay....On top of that I'm scared of bothing people so if I feel like its not important enough, I won't say anything. That has been a mistake in the past and I still do it. Generally I don't think whatever I want to ask about is worth asking because its me asking and I'm just dumb or not worth it or don't matter.
