@BroDrillard @Terry Russians did a complete overhaul of their nukes back in the 2000s, we haven't done it since the 60s. Took us years to get a minuteman to finally work again. Also it would only take about 75 nukes to destroy the US, you need only target the major supply areas and choke points and the entire country collapses.

@greenshoots @Eiswald That's far to many variables for me to be able to calculate. My guess at best is they will use this as a choke point(depending on if their is real resistance) to bully the other South American countries. However this isn't in a vaccuum, this will cost China a lot in investment and if China where to take Taiwan(they probably wont but might be forced to) that is the end of the US empire. No chips, no tech, AI bubble implodes, that would be "The Collapse(TM)" people fantasize about. Then their is Iran and Israel...
