       @lynnesbianFor all of their talk of animal liberation, they don't really do much. They often steal pets, claiming that domestication is cruelty, and 95% of the animals that end up in their shelters get killed. Also, they're pretty racist; they send hate mail to and harass Canadian and Alaskan Inuit for carrying out their native hunting practices.

       I think the best thing I learned when I was 14 was that the societal notion of adulthood is fake. I grew up seeing people a decade older than me who still didn't consider themselves adults, even though they had jobs and made doctors appointments and did adult things. At times I even saw older family members trying to figure out how to do adult things, and even going from acting in ways I considered immature even then to incredibly mature mannerisms in a split second.
