@cantinto no, I am uncomfortable being naked. I have some body horror trauma and also really slow at some of these nonverbal spacial movement everyday things.

I just realized lately that Thinking is pretty much a tool we are addicted to. It's not our kernel but just a software what is killing our energy.That said the reason why we can't progress in life because we live in our continuous melodrama we make up. Because we make up stories. We were thought to function like that.Like just having a wonder in thinking, what the number one in something actually means? Does it actually have any objective value for us to be the best in something. And does it even quantifiable? About improving our skills:You just supposed to do itIt will not improve anything. Litteraly. Life is accepting that you can't ran away from yourself.
