Like the Arab-spring UA had it's own color revolution.There was the orange revolution in 2004 and Ukraine has been under a constant psy-op by the US since then.You must have realized that the systems that exist today on social media for example build a psych-profile of it's users that can predict their future actions (like purchases) with a scary degree of accuracy and they can influence their behavior.If you think this is all to sell some consumer product more efficient and that no-one would have thought of using it for political means you are crazy.They spend trillions on perfecting social engineering, and they are obviously very good at it.At the end of it I give fault to the people for falling for it, but I also see that most people probably aren't even smart or schizo enough to ever figuring out they are being manipulated.
