To be fair, Spanish last names being of sephardic origins is incredibly common and they are in a great deal of cases so many generations removed from their origins that you could see actual niggers called Fuentes or Gomez, so it doesn't really hold much of anything as an argument for or against someone being a jew.

Could be, but you see, it's kind of complicated, a lot of them adopted or adapted (De la Fuente>Fuentes) last names from local families when they were forced to convert or be fucked by the inquisition, so with the very common last names, you could have some family lines that have not even a single drop, some that are jewish and everything in between, all carrying the same last name.Couple this with, again, this having its origins over 600 years ago, and surnames having only been a common thing in the iberic peninsule for 200 years at the time (and mostly introduced by islamic migrants) and it gets to the point where you can trace jewish, islamic, or both roots to many spanish/portuguese last names.

It's an alright place if you earn your money abroad (and know how to avoid the 95 trappings set by the government to fuck you out of it, like over 20 parallel values for dollar exchanges), or you run a business that either seeks to replace imports/do exports and you have an extremely solid plan (you have the advantage of cheap labor in the grand scheme of things), or you aren't too averse to running it dirty by bribing and stepping heads on your way up.Example of the latter, in minecraft of course, but say you run a business involved in simple electronics manufacture and you export those for a relatively competitive price, then let's say the trucker union decides to strike and block your exits to squeeze cash out of you, in a civilized country you would seek help from regulatory entities and try to sort it out, in Argentina you might just have to have a few union members show up floating in a ditch.
