@eloy Yes, and I know firewall rules and such make it unlikely that anything can actually specially poke your device, but still. Having all devices directly shouting "Yes hello I am me!" Across the internet and relying on a Firewall to stop any bad people poking at it with a stick still keeps me up at night. I'll stick with my NAT and IPv4 thanks

@nixCraft Ken Thompson's paper "Reflection's on Trusting Trust" made me want to burn my computer and live in the woods, So I give him credit for the fact I've slowly become less and less reliant on Technology compared to what I used to be.

@futurebird I have a Google account for YouTube, that actually existed before the link was made and was just a YouTube account when I made it, but apart from that, and YouTube Music through a frontend app, and Google Maps, I don't use anything else Google related
