However, the verbiage is clear and unambiguous. It is untested because there has never been a need to use it. Is anybody paying attention to the Georgia Legislature and Governor Kemp? On March 28th he signed into Law S.B. 92 which created a Prosecuting Attorneys Oversight Commission with the power to remove DA's like Fani Willis from office.Since the bill is unique and now Law in a very Red State, I cannot see how Fani will be allowed, under threat of removal, to indict Trump or very many of those on her list!Why is no one paying attention to this?

John Eastman had his law license suspended over his participation in Trump's coup attempt. With the balls of a bull, Eastman requested that the Bar Association reconsider and stay that order.I see that about an hour ago, the Judge denied Eastman's request stating that he was a threat to society. Go John Eastman .. straight to hell!
