A friend once suggested I look for the best in people. I replied that it's better to look for the worst. If you find their 'worst' is tolerable, the 'best' is a bonus. Idolatry is the road to disappointment. I admire specific actions taken or concepts expressed by individuals but it's unrealistic, (even unfair), to expect consistent agreement. Take the wheat; discard the chaff. 😉
