@Will2Power CDL. The initial training sucked because 1/4 of the time I was stuck waiting for DEF systems to regen instead of practicing and they scheduled the retest a month after my last day of driving training.Every retest costs $300.

@GeorgeFloydLincolnRockwell Doing yoga consistently is what always helps me. The effects aren't immediate, but that and exercise works. Also strengthening your core helps as well, a lot of back pain that isn't from bad posture comes from a weak core you're back is being used to compensate for.
