       @futurebird There's also an emotional toll to feeling lost and clueless. Sometimes if peers don't feel the same, or you are convinced it could never happen to you, then feeling lost is a feeling of letting yourself down, of being inadequate, something being wrong with me for not getting this obvious logical thing. @JosephMeyer
