http://www.minetesthosting.com is really fucking bad. They offer a very basic free plan to test out stuff and it doesn't even work. Does anybody on the fediverse use them for their #minetest ?What Minetest version are you using in that case ?

This is just a little overview of SepiaSearch but I'm dissapointed you didn't go into more of how it works.The search just lists instances on Framasoft's PeerTube index (https://instances.joinpeertube.org/instances). Peertube.social for example isn't on that instance because of faillures to moderate that instance against copyright infringement and most importantly hate-filled instances. All moderation is done after adding the instances to the index. That's a big problem really as most YT alternatives are cesspools

Also, I've created a '#PeerTube Quality' list on GitHub (might be changing from GitHub to something else).It lists channels or accouts that I consider of 'quality', essentially what you might support financially because it takes a bit of time or money to create videos. Hey, so I've opened a Code Berg account for my little #PeerTube Quality list. With code berg, I can have a static site (see here: https://niquarl.codeberg.page )You can still reccommend stuff to be added, I'll be checking issues on the GitHub and CodeBerg repos (on top of DMs). #Peertube has now got it's first functional android app!Link here: https://gitlab.com/agosto182/p2play/ (has got an apk for easy download)@p2play is now realeased. It works though it's still got loads of features missing (subscriptions; search; commenting; rating ect..)Some weird stuff like videos measured in seconds and not minutes apparently but it's very promising.I wonder when it will be made available on @fdroidorg too.cc @linux @switchingsocial@mastodon.at

So @p2play@gnusocial.ml is a #peertube android app that I shared in late 2018 and it has really come a long way. It is even availlable via #fdroid now!https://f-droid.org/packages/org.libre.agosto.p2play/I'll have to download it and take it for a spin.Fyi, you can also watch peertube videos via #NewPipe and it works pretty great!
