@fluffy I believe the NZ gov owns Mega after some hostile takeover fell through. Not sure what that does for the privacy guarantees of the site but I doubt it's good.

@fluffy People are way too sensitive, there's no incentive to become mentally tough and most every opportunity to do so is robbed from children. Zero tolerance for bullying started it off. But you got in a fight? Well, now you're suspended or expelled. Said something mean/honest/true? I'm sure the Diversity, Inclusion, and Equity hire is just DIEing to meet you...Coupled with digital dopamine and life's turned into one big crying circle where silence is violence and acceptance is mandatory.

@supeku Art is in its imperfection.Posting them again with modifications wouldn't be grand but an artist destroying their old work because it isn't up to their current abilities would be a never-ending cycle.Speaking of your older works though, you're missing something like 25 to 30 images from December 2023 to February 2024 from the server outage so those wouldn't be a bad place to start if you really want to try this or you could upload a side-by-side of old and new for the missing ones.

@JABcomix The tragedy of it is these handful of ultra wealthy companies came to prominence by removing pain points: Movies in your mailbox, shopping from home, GUI based computing for the public.After consolidating so many industries they've become monopolies creating more problems than before they were founded and we've very few options to correct the mess other than doing it ourselves with little to no financial backing.

@cultofpersonality Looking up someone's nose breaks multiple aesthetic principles and suffers with the obvious problem of being simply gross. No standard of beauty I know of integrates the two small black dots of the nostrils, the interruption of the curve of the nose, the foreshortening of the forehead, and the inclusion of mucous, nose hair, and / or boogers.
