@mmasnick I'm talking to another lawyer about it rn and we've come to the conclusion that the plaintiffs should all completely ignore Trump and elect to get all the money from Habba, which will entitle them to garnish the firm's entire operations account, and force Habba to sue Trump for contribution or else face economic ruin. @mmasnick Meanwhile, if they don't do that, they place Trump in the position of paying the people he hates most in the entire world a million dollars or filing something under seal saying he's too poor to do so, when the whole world will see something filed under seal and speculate endlessly about how poor he is.

@mistersterling @Teri_Kanefield Important to note that Scooter Libby wasn't convicted of outing covert agent Valerie Plame under the Intelligence Identities Protection Act, he was convicted of perjury for lying about it. IOW even though they never had to prove that the thing he lied about was actually a crime he could be prosecuted for, he was still convicted for the lie, period.

My eldest daughter is in kindergarten. She has seen a naked man, because, well, people in our family take showers and the bathrooms aren't always empty when we need them. And I'm sure that if Michelangelo were to sculpt me, it would probably look a lot like David, because by all accounts he was very creative. And she knows the names of the body parts on both herself and her parents so that she can accurately tell someone if there is a problem, since a random nurse might have trouble ...

understanding "my gigglyhooha hurts" or get it wrong if she says "my chest hurts" & they think she pinched her nipple & she really has a broken rib. But then, we decided that our children's safety is more important than teaching them to be ashamed of their own body parts.Here's a fun fact. Did you know that if you teach a kindergartner that her pee comes out of her vagina AND tell her that she should keep her vagina covered when she's in public, she can actually understand BOTH? Crazy, right?
