The House cannot change rules that affect due process."Dems have nothing real, are guilty, immoral, and desperate, so will they try it anyway? IF so it could go to SCOTUS, maybe dragging it out, or Mitchell could move to dismiss in the Senate. I Agree with Duane: Dems delaying the inevitable/trying to muddy the water, playing the public optics.
