@RichardJohnson I feel the same way about their laptops. I've had an hp elite for years, and it's built pretty good. But I've fixed more HP units for people than any other brand, hands down. Usually chassis issues. Shitty plastics, weak attachment points. Dell would be the second most, but I'd say only half the number
