@mmu_man I was initially going to respond that mine never loses it, but then i recalled that i actually don't know if that's correct, coz, yonks ago, that was one of many settings i included in my user.js file;user_pref("browser.download.start_downloads_in_tmp_dir", true);#Firefox #userJS

@cslinuxboy @thenewoil FF user here, so this comes from a place of love, not hate/trolling.Whilst i'd love your prediction to be correct, i fear it's prolly wrong.Reason: Iirc apparently a majority of browser users use no script-blocking / ad/tracker-blocking defences [eg, #uBO] at all, thus are already historically & now subject to the full horror of untrammelled interwebz yuckiness. Logically therefore, none of this Manifest jargon means anything to them, & they're unaware that an ad/tracker-free UX is even a thing, ergo, it won't even cross their minds to look for any alternative browser. I despair for humans. 🤦‍♀️#Chrome #Chromium #Firefox #ManifestV3

@jhx Haha, one of the more esoteric w/e greetings i've seen for a while. 😜
