File this under EVIDENCE: Today I ventured forth unto Cocoa Beach, Florida. There's a main part of town there where I partook in some free 90 minute parking and walked around a bit...So there's this puddle of water by the beach on the main walkway there I see some guy just PICKING IT UP WITH A SHOVEL AND PUTTING IT INTO A WHEEL BARREL.I'm like "is that all they gave you??"OmgThe kids are NOT alright in Cocoa Beach, Florida.
