@Essiecks_ As I said in the form, he wasn't a character I gave much thought of for a while. Granted it's been a long while since I last sat down and rewatch PPG. But your love of this character definitely helped bring him into the foreground for me. Definitely an underrated slithery snake cutie.

Awful people exist on every platform. No matter what you think up, someone is already doing far worse just beyond your algorithmic borders. If we left every site that had awful people, we'd have nowhere left to go. I'm grateful to have places like Baraag where true artistic freedom can be pursued, with all the pluses and unsavory aspects that can come with. People are free to move about as they please, but the virtue signaling of "moving to the place with no bad people" has long since died.

@Essiecks_ At this point, it's not a question if a Paypal will get nuked but when. Glad that some artists have managed to find alternatives that work but it's especially scummy for those who use paypal for other IRL needs and seeing that taken from them.

One of the things that irks me the most is seeing artists nuke their galleries when they decide to quit art. Yes, at the end of the day, it's their account and art to do with as they so please. But damn does it sting every time to see so many adopt the "I'm taking my ball and going home" mentality.Yes, most of the art is still probably archived out there somewhere. But it still just feels like one massive "fuck you" to everyone who supported and followed them during their years of activity.
