Curious just in case: Do you have friends or acquaintances in other states or countries, who could take over and host the platform if someday you may not be able to?It strongly feels like we need mirrors hosted in multiple points across the world, independent of any single service. This would additionally speed up the platform as each user connects to the nearest physical server.Can #Mastodon even do that by default? I know #Youtube and others do something similar.

@Bzehburger I only wish it could also be a wakeup call for those with the ability to do more. Satori is doing an incredible job all on his own: Other than #Burggit and a few alternatives that are even more obscure, where is everyone else?I don't understand why any group that is this persecuted would just sit there and take it waiting for the storm to pass. We need people who are understanding and are sympathetic in the media, in tech companies, even in the government given some proposals!

Sounds like the Twitter / Reddit folk who engineer fearmongering found a new thing to make everyone freak out about and sow discord. I'm not happy with people being made afraid of silly emojis now: I don't think we're meant to play detective and guess why others use a silly icon somewhere, which so often results in harassing those who did nothing wrong.Not criticizing your post to be clear: Just whoever is spreading abstract fears like that. Kinda time for that stuff to drop out of fashion.

Not encouraging anything but yeah: Those people ruined my life and many, yet for them there's barely any critique let alone real consequences.I lost my only income from #Patreon due to their morality police and attempts to DOX me of sensitive information. @Distim Cheers. One's gotta do what one's gotta do, there are things everyone can't put up with. I can't even have a job and technically never worked in my life: Closest was #Patreon which those cultists ruined, I left when they even tried to #DOX me and do identity theft.Free will itself is under attack. Many of us want none of it, but the majority still lets itself scared into accepting the craziest things with rulers skilled at scaring them. Eventually it will be too much but no idea when.
