@Nudhul I'm finding in my cohort that gen x, who had absent parents, and were decent parents themselves, are incredibly absent grand parents and have similar attitudes towards finance/economy/inheritance as boomers (gen x have always been wannabe boomers, if they had the means).They are happy to leave their kids as destitute wage slaves, kids in daycare, living amongst Indians because "it's my turn to relax, I worked hard and want to spend my home equity on holidays"

@jazzilla genuinely, following influencers is much better than celebrities of the 00s and 10s era.A lot of influencers are 'relatively organic' with their popularity, and are often uncensored/unmanaged.It has helped shift the overton window in the correct direction, as well.
