Time for a proper #introduction.I am, like many others here, a refugee from other social media sites. In my case, it all started way back in 1990 when I did the #OU DT200 information technology course. This gave me access to their CoSy based conferencing system. From there I explored various #BBSs before joining #CIX. From there I migrated to #Facebook and #Twitter via #Usenet.My posts are likely to cover a variety of areas such as: #Cats, #Photography, #Cooking and #Running.

@izaya You can get plastic ones designed for paint. I think that I got mine from Flying Tiger but any arts and crafts shop should sell something suitable.

@izaya The Acorn BBC computer had something like that. A ROM expansion board into which one could fit other ROMs which were then paged in as needed.

@izaya How do you manage undervolting (and under clocking)? This is something that I wanted to do to my new machine to help things last longer but I can't find a program to do that.

@izaya Thanks. I've a feeling that I disabled UEFI because it refused to play nice in some way. I'll have a play and see what I can do.
