@josh another idea: Fat black woman protag named Patience. Entire movie takes place in a California DMV. Protag gets increasingly angry at various slights and lack of a moving line, blaming racism and the movie has jump cuts of white dudes looking uncomfortably at her. Finally as the heroic protagonist has a nigger moment, the DMV chieftain, an even fatter and blacker woman, bursts out of her office and engages in a yelling match with the protag. After thirty minutes of two negroidic blobs ripping weaves off each other, the police arrive to break up the fight. They team up to fight off the cops and both get shot. Fade to black as Sinatra's My Way plays in the background.
